The American Studies Program Equipment

All of the American Studies media equipment is kept in the storeroom in W-5-055 across from the main office. See the administrative assistant for access privileges.

University Media Equipment

Instead of taking the 27" TV/VCR/DVD cart to class, it is easier to use the Media Labs in Wheatley (W-1-039) or McCormack (M-2-112).

Avoid slow, crowded elevators! The Media Labs have plenty of state-of-the-art equipment. The staff are pleasant and helpful, too.

If you submit a memo before the semester starts with your equipment needs and dates to the Media Lab, your equipment will be reserved and available for you throughout the semester. The Media Labs have:

  • TV/VCR carts
  • DVD players
  • slide projectors
  • overhead projectors
  • LCD projectors.

The Media Labs are open in the evening to accommodate night classes.
