The North Attleboro Town Forest

The town forest in North Attleboro was established in 1923. The town decided to establish the forest on 165 acres of land that had come into possession of the town through the non-payment of taxes. An additional 54 acres were acquired several years later.

Over 55,000 trees were planted in this 219 acre forest.
