The Plymouth Town Forest

The town forest in Plymouth was established in 1924 on 150 acres of land which protected the town water supply. The town was fortunate in having received valuable gifts of land which were used for the forest. An additional 132 acres were acquired at a later time.

Over 160,000 trees were planted in this 282 acre forest.
