Ojo de Agua Comunicación is a social organization formed by nine members with many years of work in communities. By means of production, diffusion and training, with priority on video and the internet, we seek to encourage the use and appropriation of tools for communication in order to create and to help their own forms of expression that promote diversity and reduce socioeconomic and political inequality of indigenous peoples.
Literal translation: Eye of the Water (of) Communication. Perhaps it means something like “Source of the Water of Communication”, with communication the “essential medium for social life” as water is the “essential medium for physiological life.” Comunicación Indígena means Indigenous Communication.

The Popular Indigenous Council of Oaxaca "Ricardo Flores Magón" (CIPO-RFM is the acronym in Spanish); we are an indigenous, social, democratic organization made up of many peoples. Our strength lies in our mutual ability to help ourselves. We are independent of all political parties, legal or secret, and of all organizations and institutions of the government.
CIPO-RFM is the house of the poor people; we are ready to speak together, to work together, to grow together, and to triumph together in the cause of liberty, justice and happiness. We join together in order to accompany and stimulate one another in the fulfillment of what today, at this moment, must be our responsibility, to make the world of tomorrow.
We who are in CIPO-RFM take part voluntarily and with gusto, without anyone forcing us, and, although the large majority of us know neither how to read nor write, we have two hands and a heart for struggle.

We are helping to form branches of MRPM in all countries with individuals, circles, associations and political parties. North and South, East and West, we are uniting popular struggles! Our first action will be help for the Palestinian people who are among the primary targets of this horrible war against terrorism by the United States and Israel, its guard dog in the Middle East. The brave resistance of the Palestinians in the front lines inspires courage in the people of the whole world. We call upon all who can to protest against the visit of George Bush to Berlín the 22-23 of May [2003].
