for consideration of SIXTY-EIGHT THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FIFTY-ONE and 
50/100 DOLLARS ($68,151.50), paid 

grant to BOYSEN HODGSON and JESSAMYN SMYTH, as tenants in common, 
of 69 Boyle Road, Gill, Massachusetts 01376 

with WARRANTY COVENANTS, all my right, title and interest in and to the land with the 
buildings thereon located on Boyle Road, in Gill, Franklin County, Massachusetts, more 
particularly described in the following deeds: 

A deed of Judith Ruff to Eric Entemann, George Salzman, and Theodore A. Haber, dated June 
5, 1989, and recorded in Franklin County Registry of Deeds, Book 2338, Page 77. 

A deed of George Salzman, Elizabeth A. Henderson, and Theodore A. Haber to Eric 
Entemann, George Salzman, and Theodore A. Haber, dated June 5, 1989, and recorded in 
said Registry, Book 2338, Page 71. 

This deed create no new boundaries. 

No title examination on this deed.
