      Jessamyn and Boysen have agreed to your terms, signed the papers, 
and I have recorded the deed and mortgage.

      Enclosed please find the following:

            1. A copy of the recorded deed and mortgage. Please note that the 
deed is recorded at Book 3865, Page 217, and the mortgage is at Book 
3865, Page 218.
            2. Copies of recorded municipal lien certificates from the Town of 
Gill, showing the outstanding and unpaid real estate taxes.
            3. A copy of my letter to the Gill tax collector containing your 
check for $770.21.
            4. A copy of my transmittal letter to Cambridgeport Bank for 
deposit of Jessamyn and Boysen's check for $449.77, representing 
September rent.
            5. An copy of the email dated September 23 bearing Jessamyn's 
and Boysen's original signatures, signifying their assent.
            6. The original promissory note signed by Jessamyn and Boysen.
            7.  A partial amortization schedule.
            8. A copy of my letters to Eric Entemann and David Singer, 
attorney for Ted Haber.

            I trust you will find all of these papers in order.

      I do have one request. Could you provide me with a copy of Freda's 
death certificate, or tell me from which town I may obtain one? Thanks.
