Hi George- Jesamyn and Boysen have forwarded your email of October 25. At my request, they came into the office and we discussed the situation thoroughly. While continuing to respect your and the other collaborators objectives and hopes with regard to the Farm, the bottom line is that they do not wish to deed their one-third interest back, preferring to stay the course with the current arrangement, trying to work cooperatively with Eric and Ted. If you have any thoughts, suggestions or recommendations as to how best to do that, I'd be interested in them. BTW, I understand your interest in supporting the Grassroots Initiative Foundation. Perhaps you have considered it , but you could donate your mortgage to them, providing a tax deduction for you and a stream of income for the Foundation. Thanks. Dick Evans
