Jessamyn and Boysen have forwarded your letter of November 14. As I am their attorney, may I ask that you please send future communications concerning their mortgage to me?

Notwithstanding your letter, my clients still wish to achieve an amicable resolution as to all issues. I would like to be helpful to them in achieving that goal.
