      This is in response to your note of September 24.

      The contract form you initiated for the period 9/1/97-12/27/97 stipulates total payment of $9,999.91. Your note states, "the salary arrived at in [my] case was based on the combination of...two policies, as [you] made clear to [me] when we met last August."

      Please provide me with a copy of each of the two policies, along with an explanation of the considerations that led to their formulation, and of the procedures followed to make them operative.
