      In my note of September 29th I asked you to provide me with a copy of each of the two policies referred to in your note of September 24th, and to give me an explanation of the considerations that led to their formulation, and of the procedures followed to make them operative. Thus far I have not had any response from you. I think you should supply the information I asked for in a timely manner.
