Forum's Home This form will create a new forum 

These tools are only available to the UMB community. 

To use this system, your ID must be in our look-up list. Please fill out the form below. If you are not in our look-up list, an email request will be sent to the Web department or if your ID is not in our  list, please call the Web department at  7-5987 or send an email to suzanne.mcsweeney@umb.edu.
  1. Your ID;(may be your ssn. The ID is use for authentication only)
  2. Your UMB status
  3. Forum Name

    4. Use alphanumeric characters only.
    Name will be part of the Forum's Location or URL and may not be edited for the duration of the site.
    Name is case sensitive. Make it simple
  4. Your Full Name 
  5. Your Email 

  6. Log/User Name

    7. As a moderator you will need a User Name and Password to edit your Forum
    (4 characters min. alphanumeric only)

  8. Check Password
