Welcome to the online space request form! This form is for scheduling meetings, functions and special events at the University of Massachusetts Boston.
If you wish to request space for classroom instruction, please contact your academic department.
Space requests must be submitted at least 10 business days before the event start date.
All events must be planned to allow all guests to participate, including persons with disabilities. Please click here for more information.
If you wish to serve alcohol at your event special permits are required. Please click here for more information.
After submitting your request you will receive an automatic summary via email. Your event scheduler will send you a confirmation approximately 3 days after your submission.
